|Don Halloran has been a frequent speaker at Canoecopia since 1997. He is a professor emeritus (biology) from the University of Wisconsin and has worked on conservation projects with various government agencies here and abroad. His teaching has emphasized ecology and conservation as do his presentations at Canoecopia. He has paddled widely in North America, often in a birchbark canoe. His 2019 program on Lake Superior will interest all levels of paddlers, bikers and hikers.
